I scanned it today. It has an accelerator pedal position system error. that explains the "no" throttle response. I have a new 2006 monte carlo pedal, new TAC module, new wire harness connecting them. So, I do not know what the problem is??
I also felt the headers after starting it. The front passenger & 2nd from the front driver's side header were cold, so no piston firing. I checked the plugs & everything is plugged in.

Ok, testing results for today:
1. Switched plug wires. Switched 1 that 1 knew was firing to the 1 that was cold. No change.
2. switched coil pack. same thing, switched for 1 that was firing. No change.
3. checked spark. good spark.
so, at this point I pulled the plugs from the 2 that were not firing. They were dry. I thought maybe the injectors were bad.

4. put a noid light on the 2 bad ones. They onyl lit up 3-4 times. Put the noid light on 2 good ones & they were kept lighting up regular.

Why would the injectors pulse just a few times?

I had a similar issue on my Chevelle #4 injector wasn't workin. I was about to swap it out when I noticed that when I moved the harness it would start workin again. Started wiggling the harness and found that I had forgot to bolt down the blue connector on my ecm.

It turned out not to be the injectors. I had the wrong pedal, & the PCM would cut off fuel. I got the correct pedal, & it runs.
