So could I just cut the wire to the BCM and use that wire and ground it to the body?? I'm getting excited I'm thinking this car will be doing burnouts by tomorrow again.

I'm stating the obvious here but you have something wired wrong. If sticking your test light from the green wire to ground caused it to start, then by that diagram the only way that could have happened is if you had power coming from the BCM to the starter relay via the yellow/black wire. The green wire should be the power wire to the starter relay.
Make some voltage measurements with the key in the run (not start) position and the trans in park or clutch engaged (whichever you have). In that condition you should have +12v on the green wire and red wire at the start relay (pins 85 and 30). I would unplug the start relay to make the measurements. Taking it in and out of gear (or working the clutch) should cause the voltage to come and go.
With the start relay still unplugged, check for voltage on the yellow black wire (pin 86). there should not be any. I would then run a jumper wire from the battery to pin 87. that should make the starter turn over checking that circuit.
If any of the above isn't good, then start tracing wires until it is.
Obviously be prepared for the car to start doing any of this.
Are you 100% sure you are grounding the test light when you hook it to the green wire and not running power through it?

WHen i stabbed the green wire coming out of the clutch safety swithch I had the test light grounded to the body.. As soon as I stabbed it and turned the key to the on position the starter turned over.. I'll try what you said and will deff get back... it will probably be tomorrow though.. Thanks for you insight, you guys on here are always very helpful.

Sounds like you may have your relay wired in a different than conventional manor. Maybe because you are using a BCM. Can you tell us how your's is wired? Such as 'green constant power wire to termial 85', etc.

The problem was the starting system lost a ground so I took the yellow and black wire that went to the bcm and grounded it to the body and ban car started right up. Now im doing the long process of making everything neat again. My plan is to mywork on it all night so I can take it to work in the morning. Cross fingers it all works out. Another questions does anyone have the wiring diagram for the dianostic port where the OBD2 wires up too.
