31x12x3. It's a cx racing intercooler. Bought it for $119 shipped off eBay from Just_Intercoolers. Fits great with some trimming. Any more pictures or info let me know

How do you like that radiator? I'm trying to track down a nice radiator for when I swap an L33 into my truck, something that has a trans cooler built in which I noticed that champion radiator had.

Well I ask is because on a stock GM sending unit pre 98 will read 0 ohm's empty and 90 ohm's full, so you might have a gauge that reads 90ohm empty and 0 ohm's full (which I believe is how ford's are I'm not 100% sure though) so switching the wires around really isn't gonna help you, I would go through the instruction's and see what the ohm reading is on that gauge. My buddy had the same problem when we did the 6.0 swap in his truck bought a cheapy gauge from auto value and it ended up being a reverse ohm setup they ran on fords so it always read backward's.

I'm pretty sure if you switch the positive and negative wires going to the sending unit it will fix the reverse sweep issue.

The radiator fits nice into the support with trimming the lip on the support. I had to cut a notch out too so I could fit the neck in. I hear they keep big blocks cool so it should work good. And for the guage ill try to switch wires around but I don't have much hope. But oh well atleast it kinda, works

been working on the truck the past couple days. got alot done and not too much left to do before i finish this beast. just gott wait for some more money to flow in haha

added a breather to my catch can.

Sure is! Just wish I had the money to finish it right now lol. I'm just worried about leaks. Especially with oil feed

finally finished the stupid brakes. took me forever to finally have the oomph to install the ssbc proportioning valve.

please give me ideas why it wont start...

i tried starting it last week. it turned over fast but just wouldnt start. so i went into hp tuners and deleted vats and took a few emissions off and changed the displacement size to a 5.3 instead of 4.8 and adjusted the fuel pressure down to 50 (was at 90) and tried starting it again today. battery was fully charged and we tried jumping it also but now its turning over super slow and is much worse than it was last week. check out the vid

next time i try im gonnna hook my laptop up to it and see what hp tuners tells me. this same thing happened to my friends regal except it was a regal with a 307. with a fresh battery it would turn over fast but just not start, then we come back a few days later and it turns over slow as **** just like this.

disable the ignition and fuel system...try and crank the engine. If it cranks fast then you have an issue with the tune...if its still slow..then you have an electrical issue,,bad starter, bad battery, poor grounds or power supply to the starter

So no wires come of the starter to ground? So when the starter is mounted to the block it's already grounded? I need to make a diagram with some pictures so you can check if it's right

Thank you. If you have an explorer 8.8 rear end I am gladly accepting donations to get my truck on the road lol

Picked up an explorer rear for $150. Hopefully this one isn't bent like the last one I had. out of 19 explorer rears they didn't have any with limited slip so I just got an open one and I'll put a limited slip center section in. of any one wants to but some 3.73's for an 8.8 I'll sell them for a good price
