Ls1 1989 Iroc No power steering?

Ls1 1989 Iroc No power steering? I bought a wrecked 2001 trans am and swapped the engine over to my car, so it has the factory ps pump. Now the Iroc runs and drives, but I have no power steering?
It doesn't whine, leak, or really do anything at all? I bled the lines to get rid of any air in them, and I'm sure it has enough fluid. I am completely lost at this point and any help would be awesome.

Does the fluid circulate when it's running? If not, I've seen the pulley shafts break internally. To check this, pull the belt off and try to move the pulley in/out. If it comes out in your hand, you've found the problem.
