New cam for boost. Exhaust vs intake lobes.
Pulling the old cam, found some wear on two lobes that made me think I had bad lifters, so that snowballed into new CNC ZR1 Ls9 heads, ls9 gaskets and studs
Only 16k miles on this cam
New cam
2.5 bar ZR1 map sensor
Exhaust port work
Intake port work
6061-t6 casting made using the 'rotocast' method
Titanium intake valves and inconel 'high heat' exhaust valves were added

What cam did you go with? Any chance of posting the dyno sheet? Those #s sound great IMO...
Keep up the great work.

My god... What the heck happened? I went a couple months not paying attention to the site and now your car has gone from an ls swapped primered chevelle to a show winning, track winning, street winning monster. I'm jealous! I now frown when I look at my car. Great job though!

The heads are Ls9 rotocast material that I started having cleaned up here locally. They are really Silmilar to Lingenfelter Ls9 heads. I may build a few more sets, I'm working on some now for my wife's 70' and may start selling them if there's interest. The cam is 227/248 17+6 111CL .598/.595 (more road race VS max effort) I spec'd this grind for the Chevelles Trans, weight, and for durability on autocross or big tracks. I need to upload the graph and I'll post it.

Ran the car at good guys and the 1/2 mile shoot out this fall. It kicked *** at both events. Finally getting to know the car and its limits. I had a blast at the autocross even did some donuts.. The announcer didn't approve lol. I'm looking forward to running circuit of Americas this summer at optima street car challenge.

And some fubar from all the fun.. The smaller dorman pulley I used for the steering pump to clear the box exploded and took out the glass radiator hose and damaged some paint under the hood. I may or may not have under full boost on the highway that turned into a roadside party waiting on a trailer.. Reminded me of power tour.. It's a party no matter what.
My wife jinxed us with the roadkill shirt..
It took some time but I have a steel pulley solution!
