Aftermarket fusebox for the whole car that integrates the LS fuses.
And you'll need a relay panel, here's a great deal on a 4 gang: horn, fuel pump, 2 electric fans.

IMO, you should get all the stuff from the same vehicle. I got the a complete pullout with harness, PCM, and all accessories. I had ZERO problems with wiring and gas pedal. I did have to cut and shorten the gas pedal arm about 5" but that was to mount in the same place the stock pedal was in.
I got my setup from Bow Auto recyclers in New Hampshire. Found them on ebay. They were very cheap and very complete. I had a rod knock in the first engine and they send me another at no cost. They really stand behind there products. I would buy another from them.
