Bead rolled the IC pipes today
Welded on the BOV flange
Welded on some bungs for my vacuum lines to the BOV and the FPR
BOV installed
Switched over to the wiring
Through the fender well and into the cabin
Through the passenger side
Then I stuffed the harness in
Now the fun really begins with the wiring. I'm not sure how I want to go about supplying the harness ignition power, I am thinking of doing off of the stock ignition relay.

Well...I'm sure the neighbors are happy.

I'm fighting an electrical issue right now in the chassis harness. One of the relays for the chassis stuff is staying open and backfeeding the other relays with power which in turn is keeping power to the ECM. If I tap on one of the relays under the dash it unlatches.....I swapped it with another and it still does it so I'm a little confuseled....

good work, on your relay problem, do you know how they are wired?
2 seperate powers? or 1 power, and 1 signal? Do you know how they are powered? grounded or powered? does that makes sense? lol

Figured out the MAF needs to be disabled even after you flash a speed density tune on the car. Idles much better now...need to figure out why the throttle input is wanting to choke it though...

I appreciate the comments guys!
Anyone have any feedback on the latest video I posted? Its not wanting to accept much throttle input. You can see it wants to basically choke itself out when I hit the gas.
I converted over to a 2-bar SD OS and disabled the MAF and O2 sensors. The O2 sensors shouldn't even play in considering the PCM doesnt want to go into closed loop until it reaches coolant temp. I've made sure the TPS was 0'd out, and the MAP sensor is reading correctly. The engine is pulling normal vacuum at idle and I dont believe I have any vacuum leaks. Fuel pressure is good as well. From what I can see on the logs the engine doesnt want to rev much past 2000 rpms and it looks like its going lean on the wideband. I dont think anything's too amiss as you can see it fires up and seems to keep an idle pretty well.
The PCM is a 411, and the injectors are from a 98 LS1 so I dont think there's much of a difference as far as sizing goes within the tune (or at least enough of a difference to cause the problem I'm having)

It looks like ur using stock injectors also. Not sure if u changed ur injector constants but if u r using
the stock injectors then u will need to trick the pcm into thinking that they r bigger.
I have a turbo lt1 and i had the same problem but with upgraded injectors.

Well, the engine saw 3500 rpm tonight, didnt feel the need to take it any higher. The issue is something in the tune.
A buddy sent me his 2-bar map tune for a 5.3 and I went through and copied a number of tables over and "winged" it. I'm going to start going over all of the changes I made, but before I do much more I'm going to get the cooling system in it so I can begin actually working on the tune.
Off the top of my head some of the things I modified were in the torque management and drivetrain abuse settings
