Conversions on Power Tour
Am traveling up from Huntsville to DTW for the start, then the Long Haul.
Will be leaving the '02 SLP 'Vert home this year but driving a "conversion" of sorts...my '93 SC with a 32V.
Am looking forward to seeing some of the projects we've all been following this last year (KWhizz!)...
Good luck everyone

If anyone has any troubles a Buddie and I will be in Miami. Im roughly 20 miles southwest of Miami.
The route they are taking from Miami to Stillwater is absolute B.S. All the real car guys are going to miss out on, in my opinion... One of the better parts of Route 66 from Miami on down to Tulsa. The old car salvages, cars still on the road, historical landmarks left and right and lets not forget about the good diners/ food joints. If your making the haul, and its not against power tour ruling. I would advise not to head with them towards grove, and continue on towards Vinita... As you will see classic car graveyard after classic car graveyard... If.. Not in to big a hury.

First time Power tour and I'm doing the Long Haul. Can't find anyone to ride with me but still should be a blast. Looking for a convoy heading up the 1st or early early on the 2nd. I'm in West KY, and headed up to Louisville, Cincy, Dayton and upwards. Never driven the car more then 175 miles one way so it should be fun and will be first drive with the supercharger.

Make sure you get there in time on the 2nd to register as a long hauler otherwise you will just be registered and not be able to attend the long hauler event at the end or get the benifits of the long haulers ( vendor items ) , if you care . Look for my chevelle- 67 conv. in black primer, white interior and have a cold one . JOHN
