Boxchev, yes those are sbc clamshell mounts bolted to frame with f-body mounts trimmed & spacered to engine. Keep in mind I did this before there were very many swap kits.I did notch for factory ac at crossmember & reboxed frame behind Idler.I later switched to sanden w brp kit, which probably didn,t need reboxing frame behind idler & less notch needed at crossmember. Could have been tighter if I,d made my own sanden ac mounts, which would have been easier with engine out of car.
I moved my ps pump down , relocated idler pulley & moved alternator up before even test fitting engine. I have a ps pump fitting & remote reservoir that I will soon use to lower alternator down for better symetry(cosmetics).Front of ls block & heads are flat & nearly flush ,much easier than older engines to make your own brackets.
