stock lq4 down to the oil pump, cnc ported 243s milled with brian tooley springs, eps 226/234 cam, proflo intake and tb, kooks headers, 3" with xpipe, 4.10 gears, built t56. That pass was on motor tried to make a pass on the 100 shot and it went slower bc i couldnt keep it off the rev limiter. Only had 24 degrees of timing in it too, bc we planned on spraying it.

Awesome, that gives me hope that my combo will do what I want it too!

Well plans changed a bit..... I now have some parts for sale if anyone is interested. Custom built stainless headers, 235-246 cam, push rods and injectors. All have less than 5 minutes run time on them. Help me out by buying these so I can get the new parts here ASAP!!

So yesterday the interior took a few steps forward but the engine bay took a few steps back...

Decided to switch the motor setup. I knew the car would run pretty well on motor but wasn't liking the fact of filling a bottle every time I went to the track. Plus would need 2 sets of rear wheels and tires, 1 for motor and 1 for spray. So the new setup should be cheaper up front and way cheaper in the long run.

They were custom made stainless steel headers by a local fabricator.
Man that's awesome! Sorta makes me wonder if I made the right decision..... Oh well too late now. I decided to go turbo so tore the motor back down and should have it together this weekend to start fabbing the hot side. I decided I wanted the car to be pretty sick on the street and thought about the constant pain of filling the nitrous bottle and having 2 sets of rear wheels and tires for the strip just wasn't gonna be worth it. I'll actually probably have about the same in the turbo setup as the heads cam and spray but it should be a good bit quicker

I'm not sure if you have yet but do you have any pictures of how and where you mounted your PCM? I have an idea of how to do mine but I want to see other examples as well.

[QUOTE=95civic2005;17178266]No, I have yet to mount mine anywhere. What's your idea?
Im thinking I will use some coupler nuts on the corners of the PCM and build a bracket to tie them together...basic square shape using some 1" wide 3/16"...ish steel. Then bolt that the the firewall.... Wish i could draw the pic in my head lol

Yeah, I'm keeping the t56, I can't get rid of it. For me swapping to an auto would be like being neutered!
The car may not ET as well at the track with the turbo and 6spd but should mph better I would think. Plus it will be way more fun on the street and I won't have to fill a nitrous bottle. And the weekly event that I normally race in moved so I won't be racing at the track as much. The event is now about an hour and a half from me when it was only 35 minutes.
