I would consider a mail order tune to be a base tune to get it up and running and get it to a tuner... would be best if the tuner you are taking it to for full tuning could do the base tune...

Dude you need a wideband sensor so you know how rich your setup is. I just got a mail order tune (to break in engine) and my AFR at idle is 14-14.7 and it smells pig rich. I also have headers catted y-pipe and mufflers. I doubt yours smells as rich as mine!! Once I get everything figured out I'll be taking it to the tuner. Make sure you dont have any vacuum leaks that will also make you go rich....

by no means am i trying to run it without the MAF unless i had a speed density tune. So im considering contacting Frost about a mail order tune to hopefully get this worked out and driveable
