any other REAL Cadillacs out there with a ls swap?

Thanks. Horace P. the headers are Sanderson ls swap headers and i cut the drivers side apart and moved it back making first tube second and last tube first this put the collector just past the steering box. the trans is a turbo 400 and just the top area of the trans hump was cut to raise my engine is allso a 6.0 that i put the ls1 intake and throttle body on for hood clearance and to not have drive by wire

i used some dirty dingo universal hot rod mounts cut the lower part of mount that welds to frame at an angle to match the angle of frame, the mount that bolts to engine is also adjustable made it so i could put engine were i needed it to be

Rear steering
63cad nice thread. I have a 66 Buick LeSabre with rear steer. Which pan did you use? I'm using the Camaro pan. I may need to cut the frame or the pan. Just haven't decided yet which one I'm going to do.

gm is calling it a muscle car swap pan in there performance catalog some one said it was the same as h3 pan. it was the closest thing to a gen 1 small block that i could find without spending $400 or more and it came with everything pan, gasket, dipstick, windage tray, pick up tube, and hardware for like $150

here you can see all the bends just to ger it around to the out side of the frame and then how it has to follow the X now to get it all tig welded and some coating then back on. the second half will go over rear end then in to 2 short glass packs

I see the thread has been dead for a little but what are you guys doing for fuel supply?
my buddy has a 63 and having some fuel problems. it runs for a few then dies out while driving. you cycle the key and prim it up and it runs again. he is using a external fuel pump with the corvette fuel filter with the built in regulator. also has a new stock fuel tank. sorry for the tread jack. thanks guys

Fuel is external carter pump and adjustable fuel regulator haven't had any problems with it just sucked to have to run a supply and return line all the way but haven't had the car under full load yet

Awesome. I can't decide whether to do an A body wagon, a 63-68 Cadillac, or do a 5 or 7 series conversion. All definitely have upside, but the Cadillac is probably the coolest one to do. I've seen a few nice Cadillac's for sale, but almost too nice. Would feel guilty about hacking into it.
