It's a ididit chrome 30" universal tilt no key no shifter. they couldn't tell me if the stock steering wheel was going to work with it but it does so good news cause i didn't want to change the look of the car just make everything modern

Great work on your project so far... I was planning on going up here soon but after reading this thread I joined just so I could start asking some questions. I'm getting ready to start a 5.3/th400 swap into my 64 Fleetwood Limo. What did you do about drive shaft? I'm assuming yours had the hydramatic stock too. Also would be interested in pics of where you put your motor mounts on the frame

awesome I found a front drive shaft from a 65 limo that originally came with the turbo 400 but I didn't know if that length would work. I see you have a regular throttle cable going up over the intake what did you do to adapt that to the rod that originally came on the car? also still trying to figure out my plan as to what to do about a return line for the fuel did you change both the supply and add the return line. What did you do at the tank? Sorry for so many questions you just seem to have the knowledge and you know for a fact just like I do that you post anything like this on any of the Cadillac sites they tell you should have a Cadillac motor in it and won't give you any help

I'm planning on picking up a 5.3 next week. Trying to keep the budget pretty low on the swap so I still have money for my suspension. I'm assuming the truck pan hangs too low? I'm anxious to see how your vintage air setup works as well I'm getting ready to rip all of mine out since it's a limo it has front and rear AC and heat
