Already changing plans on the FPR. I don't want to do it twice, and since I'm going turbo this Fall, I'm going to do a Fuel Lab FPR now.

Just got back from spending a month in the Californian Desert - Ugh. Anyway, the car is pretty much done now.

Waiting on another roll of braided wire loom. All that's left are welding in my ARP extended studs (rear), and mounting my tires (on the way). Then I need to build exhaust, since they want to charge me $400 for a Y to a single back to the magnaflow that I've providing (including the flanges).

I'll snap some more pics this weekend. Honestly, I still have a few more weekends of work before it's finished.

Interior needs to go back together
Wiring still needs to be cleaned up and loomed

Nice. There are multiple swap kits already available for the 700 series. Thinking about making a budget kit for the 240's if there is enough interest.

I wish I could find someone to build me an exhaust for $400, that's not a bad deal where I live!

That's pretty insane (I think) for a Y pipe to a single back to the muffler which I'm providing. But, I don't have a lift and don't really feel like building the exhaust lying on my back with the car on jackstands lol. So, I'll probably bite the bullet and just do it

I had considered doing the same swap. What suspension are you using and is the volvo axle strong enough to take LS punishment?

Cut springs, bilstein shocks, stock dana30 until it blows up. I have an 8.8 from my foxbody parts car ready to go in when that happens.
