Stock type suspension, at least for now, maybe forever LOL. It has C6 brakes.

LS1Speed,
I am sure you are getting tired of the questions by now, but, how did you accomplish the C6 brakes? Custom brackets? Any chance of getting pics?

thanks,
Jim

Although not the greatest, here are a few shots of the interior and body assembly.

love the 70-72 TAs and especially a hot rod version.

I have a couple of these myself I'm working on

the LSX fits like a glove. I'm tying to drop a 496 BB in mine to replace the 455 (not a matching number car)

keep us posted on your project, the car looks fantastic and we can share some tips. I'd like to do a twin turbo 496 down the road, but will just do with a mild 496 565 hp for now.

like the idea of the LSX motor better, as it would be lighter, easier to package, and turbo, but I have a bunch of BB chevy parts from my racing days so it's a bit more affordable right now

how much was the carbon fiber nose piece? might go fiberglass but I love the idea of replacing the enduro bumper with something lighter to help the car

thanks again for posting about your project, that's one sharp bird that will really fly!!!

On the Dyno...made 540 RWHP with a mild cam for this combo. With the standard 15% drivetrain loss, it makes roughly 640FWHP on 93 octane. Was hoping for a bit more, and I'm sure a more manly cam would accomplish this but we are going to cruise and show the car for the summer, and possibly change it later.

Interior factory original appearing and fully functional.

The to-do list is getting shorter, but still needs an alignment, front spoiler fitment, Shaker seal, and possible different front springs. Once the weather finally gets better, road testing and tuning.

Figured I would update this thread.. I decided to change the interior color to white, and simply love it. We also had to change the dual mufflers to a single Pypes crossflow for much needed ground clearance. We also updated to 3 point seat belts. The car drives incredible, in fact, it handles surprising well, and most importantly (to me), it is virtually rattle free

Nice build. White interior on older cars always looks good.
