behind the drivers side kick panel there is a tar cover of sorts that the vats system glued to. there are 4 wires to the vats system, 2 large, and 2 small. cut and splice the two large wires together.....done. i think they are purple and yellow, but i can't remember for sure. also, can you hear your fuel pump priming when you cycle the key?

OBD2 hooked up, says one check engine light for the coolant temp sensor.. notthing else

So i put a test light on the injectors, The hot with key on is working fine, But the signal wire on the other hand... When I put the test light on the signal wire of the injector, the injector fires and the light comes on and stays on...

I checked my grounds, they are working.. there are 4 PCM grounds correct?

What else could it be?! This is something simple..
