The V12 is quite interesting!
An LS based V6 would be cool as well!

Well one of the local engines with an LQ9 on boost was approaching 700whp but yeah the body is starting to give in at that point. Stress cracks in the A-pillars lol.

The 2014 Chevy trucks have a Gen V-based V6 as the base engine. What I'd like is an LS straight 6. I've heard that land speed racers have adapted LS heads for either 292 or 302 GMC blocks. I think the bore spacing is the same.

I wonder how different tuning is also for a V-12.

It's not a matter of the crank balance, it's that the firing order isn't evened out across the block. The project is awesome, but I'm worried it will shake itself apart without either balancing shafts or a custom crank. Do you know how many miles are on teh Suburban engine now?

And the 90-degree bank angle is fine for a V12. The angle should be some multiple of 360/# of cylinders. Most V12s are 60 degrees, but 90 works too (as long as the crank is designed correctly).

Please make a 612 CI V12 using AFR heads and a FAST.

Awesome build!
Please make a video walk around. It would certainly put to rest those skeptics (myself included).

Also, why v12? It seems like v16 would be 100 times easier. You could leave the heads alone and just weld up the blocks. Also the head gaskets wouldn't have to cross your welds, which seems like a giant flaw in your design now. Are you planning on re-machining the entire head gasket surfaces on the block and heads?

Also can you hack two 122 Maggies together to put on top of that thing?
