mustang guys with AJE k member come in here
im noticing that my tranny is cocked towards the drivers side. i loosened everything and used a ratchet strap to crank it over and bolted it down but everything is bound up. obviously i need to oblong some holes for some adjustability but what holes whould i oblong? its the LS swap k member with solid aluminum bushings in the motor mount.

The k member basically was built wrong and set the whole engine towards the passenger's side, and pushed the passenger tire outward between 1 and 1.5 inches. I could get the transmission in and bolted down, but then the crank center line was visibly not parallel to the vehicle center line. I was able to get it together because I was not running solid motor mounts and I used alot of force, which in hind sight was stupid.
To get the trans mount to line up at the back of the transmission and the center lines to become nearly parallel, I had to elongate the mounting holes which held the k member to the chassis and shift the whole k member towards the drivers side. This only made the problem smaller, it did not actually fix the problem. This is also the reason I did not buy another AJE k member to swap the LS1 into my fox.
I hope your fix is more simple than this.

Mine is a older unit, and it was a bit off, maybe 1/2-3/4" however i run poly mounts so it was easy to push the trans over to center and then tighten the motor mount bolts.
