put my motor together today finally. got lucky cause my buddy bought 2 different sets of head studs. one set worked for my motor and one worked for his so its worked out nicely.
also got one of my valve covers done. the guy sent me only one sticker eventhough i ordered 2 so im waiting for the other one to come.
god i wish this was my intake!!!!!!!!!!1
both motors got their heads put on today.

havent been too many updates. been busy with work, tryin to finish the grand national and some medical stuff.
did get my CTS-V oil pan, got a set of c5 manifolds that looks badass but dont think theyll work cause the steering shaft.

not much build wise yet, still just collecting parts. got a bunch of the bigger parts in though like the intake manifold, powersteering setup and blower.
threw it all together just to see how its goin to look and man do i love it. takin it to my buddies within the next couple weeks so he can build me a box for the intake and blower to mate up to.

ok so got the box sorta built. still need to finish it up, build a bracket for the idler pulley. and a couple other little things but besides that its coming together pretty well.
makes me laugh everytime i look at it.
oh and all the facebook comments its been getting are awesome!! jsut proves that im doing what i wanted to do. funny how many people think its really a Ford motor and funny how pissed people are. sorry i dont like to do the same thing like everyone else. i love doin random things even if it pisses people off! its my car!!!!

cut the front out. need to go back to my buddies so we can do some more fabbing. were thinking of some ideas to fit some kind of intercooler core inside this box.
kinda waiting for either the trans to go out (slipping pretty bad) in the mustang or for me to find a trans. either way im waiting for one of those to start pulling apart.

I been reading a thread similar to this with a bmw (357i I think) and I didn't want ask about the iat and sound stupid but you already had that figured out with the intercooler lol. Are you gonna leave it that tall? I'd like to see how this comes out.
You got wanting to do this set up but I already have the turbo and supporting parts. Would be cool to have instant power no lag. Either way I'm tuned in, I might do a supercharger intake set up and keep for the next swap lol
