Ok, enough ranting, keep up the good work!
So.....I originally was going to mount the intercooler on the front side of the core support, then the condenser, then the radiator and fans.......and that got a little complicated......so....I took the Vintage Air brackets and mounted the condenser per their instructions............Hummm!!!!.......then I took the intercooler and placed it in the middle position.......Hummm!!!.......the intercooler is only about an 1 1/2" thick.....Hummm!!...........Perfect.......So...I'l l make some mounting brackets and get everything mounted in that order........Condenser, Intercooler, Radiator.......The fans pull a little over 3000 fpm.........and if the A/C is on I won't be using any boost and vice versa........Maybe not the factory way to do it but that's what I'm gonna do..........Too Simple and there will be plenty of room for everything to fit......

So......I have to rework some of the lines already installed and at SEMA I ended up buying one of the real Flaring Tools.......No more bitching or complaining............LOL

I also got the intercooler mounted to the core support today and with the supplied Camaro cooler lines I should have enough to piece this system back together........I'll get the Radiator and Fans mounted tomorrow.....

I also got my new driveshaft today and got it installed........

Little bit everyday.........The wiring harness and Headers should be here tomorrow.......I also ordered a Vaporworx fuel pump controller system so it will work as a stock ZL1 does without a return line to the tank.......Not using the 6L90E trans made a significant difference in not being able to use the Factory fuel pressure control system.......
They are on Sale for $179...........Just for brake lines.........Tried it today when I had to move a brake line that was in the way of the headers.......Perfect,,,,,,It was worth every penny ........

On the downside.......The Griffin Radiator I ordered (it was originally ordered to replace the unit in my 66 Impala LS powered car) was of a stock radiator hose configuration which worked in the Impala.........But......after getting the radiator roughly located and positioned in the car for the first time.......It was obvious that the angled air inlet of the LSA engine and the upper hose were fighting for the same space.........Darn!!!..........So I ordered another Radiator from Griffin.......except this one is designed for the LS with both hose fittings on the passenger side and is of a crossflow design...........Oh well......Back to plan "A" and it will go in the Impala and the new one for the Chevelle......

On the good side........installing the Speartech harness on the engine took about 5 minutes.......Great Job Speartech.......everything marked and labeled perfectly.........
