We gotta bone stock 5.3 87 notch with a 224/228 cam yank 3600. Ran 12.5 on the motor, 11.1 on a 100 shot and 10.8 on a 200. We couldn't get it to 60 foot hard on a 200. But ya nitrous is awesome lol

My suggestion is if you have the funds and knowledge to do a turbo build, do it.

Nitrous is an instant hit of horsepower and yes, it is addictive.. But it is also a pain to keep bottles regulated properly, getting them filled all the time, etc etc.. If you do stick with nitrous, invest in a filling station and several bottles to keep full and with you all the time. Otherwise you will be at some race in bufu Egypt with no extra bottle to finish the race and you will get laughed at all the way home.

as for the rails, run them if they fit your needs. This isn't the Milan fashion show... It's a race car.. If all else fails, pull them off and grab some flat black and spray them..

Where did that statement come from??

If you don't want to do the project, that is one thing, but just blurting that out is something entirely different!!

Can you give me some more details on your belt routing setup. I'm doing an ls swap and I have an underdrive pulley and no power steering. I'm running the factory ls accessories. Are you running an underdrive pulley and what's the belt number you are running? Looks like you had a different idler pulley too do you happen to have the part numbers for that setup?
