1993 S-10 Project Update
Got home and got the drivers side bucket seat picked up, but DAMN does it need a bath..
Also got a line one HELL of a deal for a rear end. Just gotta get him to pull it and hand it over.
Watched a video earlier of my S-10 launching and managed to snag the attached picture of just what this thing is doing to these slicks on launch. And they were at 12 PSI...
If/when I get in this weekend, I have a few things to look at doing.
Change serpentine belt.
Change needle and seats to the .130's
also change them to the nylon washers.
Look at getting the regular float level plugs installed.
try to stop the secondary whistling.
see about removing the power steering pump.
install temp gauge upper hose splice and add ground wire.
add a port for the steam port tube to ^^.
pick up the 8.8 3.73 rear end and driveshaft.
sell current laptop
buy new laptop
Try not to have a stroke.
If not, I have several things that will take place with it by the end of the racing season, as you can tell by the list above.
Come to find out his is an 02, so most of the info in mine wont do him a lot of good.
And on top of that, I was going to send him the link to the build page so he could read it, the guy who bought mine, so he can see exactly what all has been done in case he had any questions or wonders in his head.
