Lol. If she wasn’t “bitten” before, she sure is now. That’s great to see her into drag racing. Really cool.
Now she wants her own LS powered classic . LOL

I also shot a new episode of my youtube show. Our friend Michelle drove the camaro.
The seat bracket broke in the camaro. Currently on the search for a power seat for it. I was given one from a 71 Grand Prix that had bucket seats. Curious if I can make it work.

Michelle looks too comfortable in YOUR car. Lol.

Decided to finally upload my quartermile run at the dragstrip.
Also been, working on my 62 Impala 4dr. that I am trying to decide on going LS or not. It is an original 327ci 300hp car with a powerglide. The motor is totally locked up. Thoughts on what to do?

Drop a 5.3/4L60E into it, and it will drive better than the original, plus get way better mileage!

Well I finally got the line lock wired up in the 70 Camaro. My boys are super anxious to go to the racetrack again soon. Still contemplating the LS swap in the Impala. I have been compiling lists of everything that is needed for it and the price tags for parts and bits that I would need to pay for to make it happen. Honestly, it seems like getting another 327 or 350 would be the way to go with a 700R4 for O.D. Unfortunately with all the kids and daycare, I'm just tight on money right now for extra cars.
I did make this fun video though, as my wife and I got to drive our friends Chevelle SS 396 4 speed. That was a blast. Now all I hear about is getting a Chevelle... and preferably a convertible one.

My wife's coworker wanted to do a video. I hate to say it, but I took 1 look at her and said yes... she has to come back since my wife didn't have the dash cam in so this is what I got to share at the moment. I have been really enjoying sharing the car and getting "young" people to drive it since they seem to never have the opportunity to be in classic american muscle.

The end
I put together this fun short.
Also the 1970 Camaro and I have parted ways. A good customer bought it tuesday for 25g. It was not for sale but it was an offer I couldn't refuse. I am going to focus on my 62 Impala but have my eyes set on my father's 71 camaro ss 350 4 speed. I'll put up some pictures of it. Probably time for a new thread build.

I wasn't expecting to part with it but it seemed right. I have already started stripping the impala and working on it. I found a huge mouse nest under the intake manifold inside the engine. That engine needs a lot of care to get it going again. So I am in the works of getting a complete 97 Z28 that was wrecked for the drivetrain with the 4l60e. Be cheaper and nicer to have fuel injection with the LT1. Plus all the old SBC stuff will bolt right to it. I got to get the crossmember and run with it for a bit. I have been looking into twin turbo kits and I think that would be a lot of fun in the impala. There is plenty of engine bay room for it or a single turbo for that matter.

Thought I would throw an update. Sold the 62 Impala, 99 camaro and 99 firebird. Bought a 56 chevrolet Bel air sport sedan. 265ci original power pack car with a glide in it. Family car that is already done. Just get in and drive. Although Disc brakes, power brakes and EFI carb kits are all being planned out. It needs some small sorting but overall in great shape. Here's Myles in front of it:
Wife drove a 40 ****** coupe, L88 4 speed with 4.56 rear gears.

I definitely understand getting a car that’s basically done VS. a never ending project car. Now you just have to convince the buyer to trader the Camaro and some cash for your 56 chevy lol

Another Video
Decided I would throw together a video from the summer of my wife's coworker driving the 70 camaro.
Unfortunately, the new TCI torque converter that I installed in the 70 camaro apparently died already on the new owner. Hoping not to have to replace it under any sort of warranty... Going to see what Summit can do about it, if there is a warranty. I didn't sell it with any warranty though.
