Confirmed that its programmed for the right injectors. Its running RICH!!!! burns the eyes in the garage. They o2 sensors are just temperarley mounted at the end of the headers until I get it out to an exhaust shop. I was under the impression that the o2 sensors are only used by the computer after its warmed up? Runs in a closed loop while warming up? Maybe I will try disconnecting the o2 sensors and see if it helps....

unplugged the o2s... unplugged battery, touched terminals together. rechecked with scanned LTFT stayed at 25%..... started the truck and it doesnt change?

Try putting the o2 sensor in the exhaust and put a piece of pipe about 2 feet long after the o2 sensor and see what it does. Had this problem on a different motor one time, just stuck the o2 sensor in the end of the exhaust but it was running rich and computer showed it running lean, the exhaust and fresh air were confusing the o2 sensor and made it run rich and wouldn't idle.

Man, after a month I would have swapped throttle bodies and ecus for the dbc setup. I really think something is wrong in the tune. If you have tried all the stuff mentioned on here, along with other stuff you have thought of up there, and its still not working......
I would have gone a different route by now.

I did not have the O2 sensors on mine hooked up and I could get mine to start and idle fine.
There is something else going on with this setup. Something the ECU isn't seeing or the engine is not getting the data for. Bad sensor, bad connection, wrong tooth profile in the tune, something...
hey wait a minute.... Did you verify the tooth count on the flywheel to the count in the tune and the right sensor behind the starter? What about cam position sensor? Was the tune modified to fix that if you changed it?

-I had the O2's just wired up into the header outlets, they are black as hell from rich exhaust blown on them.
-I find it weird that the STFT and LTFT didn't change
-another weird thing is that the scanner shows DTC's with the o2's unplugged, but the MIL is not on, wont even come on if I unplug the MAF all together.
-flywheel tooth count wont change anything, its not read by any sensor, the CPS reads off something else.
Anybody know how I get the fuel trims to reset?
