headers & intake for ls1

(Impala 96 with ls1 & t56)
What is the best headers , intake & mufflers for ls1 i already have custom exhaust system 2.5 inch . I want the best one that fitting & give me the most hp & torque.

We did a ls7 swap into 96 impala at work and I think they used kooks headers

Header size will depend on your setup. Every setup will react to every header differently. Some will respond better to smaller tubes or larger tubes, some to shorter primaries or longer ones.

There is no "hey what's makes the best power/torque for every setup so I can buy that one".
