Trannsmission
So since i cant find a 4l80, i got my hands on a TH 400 out of a motor home, I will get a rebuild kit for it and give it a refresh. The question i have is what exactly will i need to make it work with the current flex plate? or do i need to get a different plate? i have read all over but nothing i read is giving me the confidence in what i will need for it. also engine is a 2005,l33(not an lm7) like the thread says. with a dished flex plate. anybody please feel free to give me some pointers on this. iam getting closer on putting the thing in... just minor set backs... like this. are kicking my ***. thanks

Got tranns all together, will be running a 3k stall,i used the spacer that you drive into the flex plate, still have to elongate the holes a tad but other than that she should be good,on other notes, the BOV , Fuel psi regulator and fuel pump showed up, went with a walbro 255, will eventually run two, but not going to put in and be running a bunch of power right away. also got all intercooler piping in and should be on target to pull engine this upcoming weekend if all goes right. Also got fuel cell all fabbed up and installed, had to install in bed as to the truck being to low.will post some pics this week.

How hard is it to find 4x4 versions of the 4l80e in your area???
2x4 versions around here are scarce as hens teeth...I have converted 3 of the 4x's over for my projects over the years...
I hope to see some running pictures of this thing...
I have an '86 C-30 dually LQ4/4l80e I built back in '08...I'd like to turbo it soon...
