Default What -6 Fittings for Trans Cooler Lines on 98-02 Camaro Rad?

Does anyone have a part number on the -6 fittings to run to a 98-02 Camaro radiator? I assume they are metric, and after searching there are too many threads with the individual words, but not the combination I am looking for.

Is it -6 by 1/8 NPT?

IIRC, the fittings on the trans are a straight thread, but have the same thread pitch and are compatible with NPT thread. I ran into the same issue with the aux trans cooler I snagged from a mid-90s chevy truck. I removed the original fittings and installed 1/4NPT to -6JIC fittings.

Do you have some NPT fittings laying around your garage you could test fit? Just be warned, installing a taper thread (NPT) into a straight thread will deform both thread sets, which is how the threads seal. But with constant installation and removal the threads will be destroyed. So install it once and LEAVE IT IN!

Here is a pic of trans cooler setup. Cooler with NPT to JIC installed and the hardlines.

No, the car is at a shop being done and they have everything. Longer story, not a typical shop, so I want to make sure I order the right thing. Was hoping someone had already done this and remembered.

Is it possible it is a 1/2" inverted flare nut? Seems to me it would be metric.

IIRC I used a 3/8 inverted flare to AN -6 adpter.. I picked mine up from a local Tubing and Hyd shop. I was a bluk item for me.. so I don't have any part number. $3 maybe?
