3.4 to LS1 swap , OBD connection

3.4 to LS1 swap , OBD connection I've done a 95 Firebird 3.4 v6 swap to a 98 LS1. I've repinned the harness, got the engine running but can't connect to the OBD data port. Every wire has been pinned, but it's almost like the OBD is not getting power. Has anyone had this issue before? Or know what needs to be done?
