ws6 or ls 240?
I've wanted a ws6 for awhile then a baby came... Kinda got put on hold but the plans are/were to go buy a ws6 late this year. Now im contemplating on buying a Silvia or 240 and just drive around with the 4 banger for awhile while I build a ls, lq9 ect and gather everything for the swap. I could buy a 240 outright for what the down payment would be on a ws6. Just don't know witch would be more fun to drive.

Well after 2 posts it looks like you have your answer _
I can tell you which one will save more money on gas...
Both cars will pretty much suck when it comes to putting a baby seat in the back. Gotta start thinking of those things you know.

Well this is what I've been wanting to know lol I already have a family car (07 sentra) and my truck (84 c10) I just want something fast and fun to have. I borrowed a friends 00 ss for awhile and it really wasn't that bad with a car seat lol not the kind of car I want to let my son ride in all the time but it worked. I think I could make a 240 faster but when I stand back and look at a ws6 I remember why I've wanted one for so long! I could always find a ws6 later on and trade up. I'm really lost one of the two will be bought late this year and I don't want to have regrets.

Get a ws6 you will not regret it, awesome cars and look way better than a 240, ls1 trans ams make a statement, when you see them put your flashers on and hit the shoulder so you don't get hurt while I pass

Lol thats a very good point. Now what should I look for? I figured if I went the ws6 route is leave the internals stock and do some minor bolt ons headers and such while I build a whole engine, trans, rear end and take some time off work and swap it all over. How hard is it to pull a motor from an f body? My dads swears you can pull them without a lift but I've always heard otherwise.
