When the LH manifold feeds the RH it seems as if you would push exhaust from the LH into the RH head by looking at the design of the RH manifold - Maybe I am not thinking about it right, Never did a turbo before - Like learning about them though, Looks like a great build so far.

It's really not that great according to desktop dyno.
I didn't have the simulator when I bought the cam.
I'm Hoping real world will be better than desktop dyno

Thanks Alot ! I Just copied a truck set up. I've done forward facing headers into a single turbo before and it takes up a lot of space another reason I did it this way is the corvette accessories.

That makes sense. I See a lot of companies selling similar turbo kits mainly for trucks. Only time will tell. I want to weld up a bung to check back pressure once it's running.

Being that the cam is a low rpm cam I decided to switch the intake
once again. The super Vic is an awesome intake but is imo mismatched to the cam and converter

Had to find a place to mount the LS9 map so I thought of this.
Found the egr block off plate on eBay and modified it!

Very nice project. Would love to know more about how you made your turbo manifold since I plan on doing something similar. On my GN the factory manifold-to-turbo setup was similar so I want to try to replicate that on this 5.3 build.

It out here.http://www.kbracing.net/about.html

I Had a lot of trials and errors due to the fact that I Bought cheap injectors!
The holley efi requires specific injector
Voltage values at a linear scale. I Looked all over the web and found none. I Emailed the company and they sent me some usable info. It now idles well enough to drive it! I Would have shot some footage but couldn't wait to
Try it out! Runs awesome but now The engine has blow by...

Sweet build I'm still debating on going turbo on my chevelle I think it would be sweet. If I do decide I might have some questions for you.

Did a compression test and found a cylinder with 0 compression so I pulled the motor and found this!

I would like to go with an LSA crank, rods and wiseco junk yard dog Pistons but, I will probably just buy another stock piston and re ring the sucker! The other pistons and rods looked good minus the oil control rings a lot of them were stuck in a compressed state.
