Looking for options on wiring harness

Looking for options on wiring harness I am putting a 6.0 in an old truck and I do not have a harness. I would like some feedback on modified harness, Holley efi harness or go with a custom built harness like Speartech.
Give me some pro's and con's. let alone price for each unit.
Like a stock ecm will require me to buy hptuners to keep it tuned.
What are most conversion people doing?

I used a ls1 ecu with a painless wiring ls1 hot rod harness, comes with both manual and auto trans connectors, electric fan and fuel pump signal wires, tach signal wire, fuse block and everything is labeled, a little pricey I think, 600 with out the ecu only thing I didn't like about it didn't come wrapped
If you decide to go the new route, we sell stand alone harnesses. The are a bit nicer then the Painless ones. We have a nice nylon loom that goes around them and makes them look very professional. It is also a very simple 6 wire hookup. PM me for some pricing!
I have used BP Automotive for my swaps. Nice guy to deal with and very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm going to look into every one. Except the stock harness that I gotta modify.

Not sure exactly why I havent seen it mentioned much, but have you looked into PSI conversion harnesses? This is what I am using in my LS1 Lexus, and I have absolutely no complaints. It was wrapped up nicely, all the connectors are new, the PCM portion of the harness is long enough to place the ecu just about anywhere you want, and the prices from what I have looked at are generally better than their bigger competitors.
