59 Parkwood Wagon Project
The 62 wagon does not have a current thread. I do have more pictures if you would like? I had to place it back in my trailer and put my 55 in the garage due to this polar vortex. Will get back on it late winter early spring.

Well no dice this week at the salvage auctions got my eye on a ss camaro coming up hopefully it sells worth the money

Hey guys, I will be doing a 59 Belair 2 door swap in a couple of months. How well do you think the LS7 with the dry sump and a 4l80e will fit? The car and engine will be here in the end of December.

I haven't been getting alot done on 59 trying to get garage in order and find a good donor car its winter so im being picky on donor i figure the better the donor the smoother the swap so its in its cocoon for now

Alright i have a problem im addicted to green wagons bought a 64 Biscayne off a good friend i sold him the car years ago in stock form and he done a boat load of stuff to it and decided to sell it and i wanted it back so i bought it back anyway im gonna try to build both 59 and 64 at same time anyway didn't want you all to think i gave up on 59 just been trying to make room for 64

Subscribed! I am doing a 60 Bel-Air 5.3 swap. I set the motor in to see how everything would fit and I couldn't get the hood to close with the intake on there. I will be notching the x member this weekend (hopefully) and will try it again.
If that fails, I will be shaving my stock truck intake as this is a budget build and I cannot afford to swap intakes/fuel rails.
I will keep my eyes open! There aren't many threads covering 59-64 x frames with 5.3 truck motors. Can find plenty with car intakes but none with truck intakes. This is the first!

I just found this thread. I purchased a 60 Impala last summer and just started my 5.3 swap. 2002 LM7 4L60E. This is my first LS swap and I am learning as I go. I know the little things are adding up quickly and I haven't started putting anything back together yet. While the drive train is out I am adding front disc brakes, Vintage air and a new steering box. I also have alot of other issues to fix, wiper motor, emergency brake, diff leak, etc... I hope to have it ready this spring and ride it on the 2015 Hot Rod Power Tour.
