I been working on my 76 skylark today. Changed out subframe with the one I done up suspension parts/paint. Went to put steering box in place and I have pulley clearance issue. Anybody know what pulley will work with truck accerories. Pulley I have is 6 3/4 round need to get one 5-6 inches round.

 

I used a Dorman 300-201.

Be carefull with Dorman 300-201,it is composite & will break if reved over 6,000 rpm.

 

Thanks guys I auctually got a different pulley. I used dorman 300-130 I found it had a little better offset than the 300-201. They are made of same material. Im not sure what bracket set up you have. But comparing my original 2006 silverado 5.3 pulley this one looked like closer match. I got it together and got belt to line up staight by putting 2 flat washers between bracket and pump. Had to shorten rear support bracket as well. Put straight edge from crank pulley over steering lines up straight. I now have about 3/4 inch clearance between pulley and steering box.
