Made a little progress over the weekend, got the first 2 tubes on the driver side tacked together and the first piece of the next 2 started..... This **** can be quite time consuming, specially when you haven't made any in a while.....

The worst part is I took the first 2 tubes to work this week to tig weld then, and boy my tig welding needs some serious help.....

Here's the tubes that were tacked together in place.....

and here the piece of the next 2 just stuck in there.....

Got the second 2 tubes on the driver side made and tacked together..... After looking at all the tubes mocked up I decided to alter the 2nd tube I made last week because it was quite a bit shorter then all the others..... So I rearranged it..... Now all the tube lengths are within just under 9% which I don't think is very reasonable.....

Some pic's.....

Progress pic's.....

Sure hope you made a jig for those Frank - that way you can sell a set to everyone who swaps an LS into a Maverick!!

Seriously, they look pretty good to me, nice work!

Why the switch from EFI? The headers and exhaust are looking awesome.

Wow. Ditched the turbo for N/A? I don't see that very often. Is there still such a thing as bracket racing?
