Finally, a spacer/mount combo that works! Using a 1.5" spacer block, the engine sits perfectly. Just the right amount of clearance from oil pan crossmember, and the slip-yoke is straight as an arrow. The oil pan ground clearance, however, could still use some work...

I'm about to do the same
What all did you cut out of the original Volvo harness in the engine bay. I'm swapping an LS into my 1989 740. Just curious as to what I should be removing and what I should leave. I got the car with no engine or trans so I'm not sure where any of the connectors go that are just hanging around.
