Let's say this, your using a ls car harness with a 24x 5.3 truck engine and accessories?
What I think, that I can recall that's different in the wiring pigtails is ..... injector, alternator & maf

Yes. The injector plugs are different though.

Zo6 or CTS-V LS6? Gen3 or Gen4? What year is your 5.3? These are the specific questions you need to answer to get a proper answer.

If you have to ask, the simple answer is "no".

At least match the harness with the PCM unless of course your the kind of guy that likes a real challenge. Then again, this is just me "thinking"...
