It is indeed Lizard Skin. This car is being built to be driven and I just didn't see the use in making the bottom shinny. 
Someone on Chevelles.com found the part numbers. After a little google-fu, I think they are right.
24261712 - starter shield
24261713 - flywheel blockoff plate
According to the gentleman on chevelles.com, you need a small 10mm bolt to attach to oil pan

Can't believe I can't find the pictures, but the 9" rear end is in. And bodywork is done. A little guide coat and final blocking, then we're into the booth for paint. Hoping to have it back home by the end of the year to finish assembly. Pics of body in (hopefully) the last primer:

Updates. Sooooo close to getting out of paint jail. I was afraid the color might be a little dark. But in the sun, it looks awesome in my opinion. The first two pictures are the grill to bumper cowl out in the sun. The rest are in the booth. Don't mind the pics with the dashpad. We' were just trying to figure out whether we need to matte clear the dash for glare

Very nice. I am putting an LS1 w 6 speed auto into a 1966 Cevelle Deluxe 300 with bench seat. I am wondering if any has done this and will raisinging the tunnel cause a major seat problem? t.mcdermott69@gmail.com

I think it was 2016 - 2019. Definitely a Vette color. Supposedly, it is reported as being the same as Cadillac Opulent Blue and another GM Xenon Blue. However, I have seen a bunch of CTS-Vs with Opulent Blue (I have one in Crystal White) and I think it's slightly different.
