Man I sold each rotor for 250, side housing for 200 each and E shaft for 200. I made 1900 just parting my blown one out. Trans will be a tough sell as the four port doesn't have enough power to even bruise that trans. They aren't very sought after. I'm interested in seeing how you tackle this swap. I've got many thousands of miles on mine and best swap I've done. You'll be impressed when you're done. I snicker to myself when I see a swapped FD. That abs block will need to move though.

I would HIGHLY suggest keeping it. The RX8 has amazing brakes and you will easily lock up the smallish tires. Man I would buy those motors (if they are 6 port which I just realized yours was a four port) and part them out. rotors get $200 easy each on Egay. You sure you wanna move forward with that auto car? The auto cars have the smaller brakes, softer suspension and more difficult harness. Plus you gotta do all the manual stuff if you plan to do manual. I've got a version 2 thread up if you have an questions.

Rx8 pcm commands the compressor. Just used the tricare switch in the OEM high pressure line. As for the iron block I would highly reconsider it. My car gained 100 lbs from the stock rotary and it's pretty noticable up front. Easy to notice when it was like a precision tool before. The iron block will make it pretty piggy. You've heard 80 lbs before I'm sure but it's much more than that and even more noticable on the RX platform. You will need to do something about the gears if you want a fighting chance on the freeway. Just check out this guys car. Not an intelligent choice on his end. He considers this daily drivable.

man you picked the wrong chassis to drag. Foxes can be made lighter in that form and MUCH faster. I chose the RX8 because i love the RX platform. But Im too mature for the FC and not interested in paying the dummy tax on the FD. as far as your dollar will go the RX8 is the best sports car you can buy. I actually love the rotary car but cant really live with it. I think it was like third in the top 100 cars under $100k which is HUGELY impressive.

watch this video and do everything the opposite of this guy.

On the a/c you said to use the pressure switch by the radiator, and switch the compressor pig tail on the rx8!harness,that way I can use the rx8 controls, right
