Cool build! What are your plans for a chassis harness? We offer one that currently comes with a $50 rebate. http://www.painlessperformance.com/webcat/10112

Thanks for the offer but I was able to save the factory wiring after pulling years of added crap out.

Very nice work.

I just finished a 62 step side that my wife uses for a daily driver.

killer work.
you got way bigger ***** than me running 50 psi fuel lines inside the cab.
I think part of aging is you get more cautious about stuff like that, and I'm old now.
maybe a roll-over switch to cut the fuel pump?
not baggin on ya, just a comment. carry on with the progress!

I have not tested it, but the fuel pump is on the frame rail. I don't think the feed to it achieves 50 psi, and I know the return less. Everything fuel related inside the truck is metal hard line. Plus the truck has a dump bed so it isn't like we could put a fuel cell back there.

Got the headlights wired. Ended up just making my own harness since the oe is on back order. Hood latch and hood springs are now on. Just have a few bugs to work out. Since it is heating up outside we are going to go ahead and add the LS Simple A/C brackets to the truck now.

New Hood Latch

Hood actually stays up with both springs installed

Question, why didn't you just weld the top nipple on the radiator on the passenger side instead of the drivers side? I can tig aluminum and have done a couple. I just used a slug from a hole saw without the center drill as a piece to cover the hole left. Good looking swap and i like the LS Simple brackets.

The original idea was to use off the shelf parts so the owner could replace parts on his own if need be, but the hose looked terrible with out a little modification.
