Excellent build. There is a shop local to me where the do nothing but restore mopars to factory specs. They have a TV show here called Graveyard Carz. I am tempted to send this thread to Mark, the owner.

I'd be curious what Mark's reaction would be -- they seem to be hardcore Mopar "purists" at that shop. On TV at least, almost all restorations done in painstaking factory original detail.

My guess is either a massive heart attack or a thumbs up. He was a hot rodder when he was younger.

Next weeks check list. Complete the exhaust and get some temporary lisence plates so that I can start to get some miles on her!

Fantastic. Love the 68-69 B-Bodies. Such an awesome ride.

How are the Mopar crowd taking to it? A little derisive I'd gather

That stance, spot on! Are you taking this thing over to Västerås in July (formerly Power Meet, now Summer meet)? Seems to be a ton of cool Finnish builds rolling around in town every year.

Thanks for your comments. I have never been in Västerås, but I do know the event. It sure is a cool one, from what I have heard. Friends of mine are attending on yearly basis. I cant make it this year, but hoping to do it next year.

Sticker plates on. Exterior only missing the front bumper (dont have the brackets). I have driven now abot 50 miles. Everything works well and she drives great! Hydroboost brakes are awesome! Only bummer is the stock converter, 2800 stall converter is the first thing on the shopping list.

Yep, have to add that later. H-pipe will do just fine. Time frame was just too tight for crossover this time. Wanted to get on the road asap.
