Usually I would put this in a ad but it is a weird plastic junction connector coming off one of the heater hose outlets on a truck water pump. If anyone using a truck motor has one, please send me a PM. Thanks

The only plastic pieces I've seen on a pump heater fitting would be the caps used in shipping.
A pic will help.

 

I have a spare truck pump sitting here, no idea on what you are asking about. Pics would help a ton.

 

Sorry guys. I bit the bullet and bought the assembly which includes a One to two out plastic adaptor with one hose going to the heater and the other to the expansion tank. It is not part of the water pump. The one end slips over a heater out on the water pump. Onward and upward

 

so a t or a y connector then? Was thinking that might be what you had in mind as I didn't think there was any plastic on the inside of a pump.

 

It has a rubber hose coupler on the water pump heater outlet. They it Y's to two hoses. One goes to the heater core and the other to the recovery tank. The whole assembly cost $55.

Alot of gm trucks have a quick connect fitting at the heater core where the water pump outlet fitting meet the firewall. I'm sure if you go to gm they sell them. Or just remove the heater hose fitting and slid the rubber hose over the metal tube and clamp as normal.
