Is this fitting going to work? I'm running a GTO power steering pump in my FD rx7, the high side is a 12 millimeter and I cannot find a power steering fitting with an O ring to fit like the one I have in my pump and return side, I found this fitting on Jegs and it does have a crush washer like the factory banjo bolt, does anyone have an opinion on whether or not this fitting woodwork for the high pressure side of my power steering?

Why not re-use the banjos and swage new rubber hose at the rack side. Often the hose sizes between metric and AN are very similar. If you can swage new hose to the old banjos, you'd eliminate adapters and chances for leaks.
For the high side at least you need high pressure hydraulic, so it is a very thick hose wall. I used Earl's hydraulic hose and hose-ends for my custom hoses and adaptors like Dave had shown or the ones sold by Purechoicemotorsports. The hydraulic products are good for about 2500 psi, I think. where standard AN hoses much less.
Bring the stuff to a hydraulic shop and they can get you setup or at least tell you what is feasible.
