6.0 truck motor LS conversion
I'm sure this is on the forum somewhere but i cannot find it
I have a 6.0 iron block motor out of an 2003 2500 chevy truck that i am converting to LS intake. Need to know what i have to do to relocate alternator to clear intake. I think i need a different water pump too? Using Vintage ac. compressor mounted on lower passenger side
Any help would be greatly appreciated

6.0 brackets for altenator
Thanks I have seen this before it says nothing about what brackets are available or how to modify the ones on the 6.0 now. I could have some fabed up but i don't think it is necessary. anyone else with suggestions would be appreciated

i believe there are some running F-body accessory mounts and shimming them out to meet the water pump. I am making my own alternator mount its all the way down at the bottom- power steering on the passenger side! THere are several custom mounts for this online for sale, none i think look that great, but they are out there.
