Default Need help on manual transmission route

I'm putting an LY6 in a 91 camaro. Stock to start with a cam in the future. Street car.
The original plan was a t56. I'm having a hard time locating a reasonably priced one. I was just going to buy a built one for 2200 from TDP but they are no longer offered. I can rebuild one myself, but I could just pick up a TKO for that price. But I think I would need a longer driveshaft. Already have a nice steel Spoon one setup for 700r4/th350 long shaft. The magnums are pricey.

Any suggestions?

If you want the T56 I would just be patient and keep looking. You will eventually find one.

T56 are worth the money, shift nicer than the TKO's.
