PNP circuit question

I'm slowly working over a 2002 5.3l harness. I'm down to the last few items. I'm looking at the PNP circuit and can't seem to trace circuit 275. I've gone over the diagrams several times. It is pin b on the seven connector harness. It doesn't seem to be the neutral lockout circuit, that seems to be the other light green wire. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Does the silverado have a shift interlock? Ive been trying to find it in the various wiring diagrams I have. Maybe it isn't in the engine diagrams? This isn't the neutral switch line correct? As far as I can tell, that is Pin G and the yellow wire. I want to keep the neutral switch, but Im not sure what to do with pin B which went to the OE fuse block.

Yes, Silverados have shift interlocks. If you are trying to just hook up the neutral safety switch part, then you just need E (purple/white on a 2002) and G (yellow). Hook the E to the key switch on the column that is hot in "start" only, usually purple on most older GM cars. Then hook G to the 86 terminal of the starter relay. Ground terminal 85. Then hook constant power to terminal 30, and hook 87 to the starter solenoid. You can get rid of the wire in pin B.

This is an emissions legal swap, so it gets to keep a fair amount of wiring. I also want to keep it close to stock to make it easier to trace circuits from a factory wire diagram. This was the last circuit I need to figure out what to do with.
