Default Ls3 with 4th Gen FBody accessories?

Is this possible?

I am thinking about purchasing an LS3 crate engine, but need to retain my FBody accessories. Is there anything special about this setup that I need to get?

AFAIK, there's no reason at all that you can't use a 4th-gen F-body FEAD with an LS3. I'm pretty sure that the mounting holes are all the same...

so the FBody balancer will fit onto the LS3 crank nose? Does it require modifications?

Externally there isn't anything special about an LS3. The reluctor wheel, knock sensor, cam sensor etc working with your current harness would be the issue.

So I'm looking at basically a plug & play + rewiring + PCM here realistically, right?

I would not try to use whatever harness you have with your engine now. Sell that with the old engine as that would make it a more appealing package.

Go with the GMPP ECU and harness kit, plug-n-play for the LS3 (the have 3 different versions to match whichever LS3 you get...)
