No clue. The pricing is not yet available. These are about 2 months out. I suspect pricing will be similar to the other Hooker cast manifolds.

I have some application info regarding the turbo crossover tubes that seems to be perfectly timed for this thread. I've validated that the tubes have expanded transmission compatibility beyond what is currently listed in the documentation on the Holley website. This compatibility information will be updated in the near future and reads as follows:

8513HKR- T56/T56 Magnum with Quicktime bellhousing
8514HKR- Powerglide, TH350, TH400, 2004R, 700R4 and TKO 500/600 with Quicktime bellhousing
8515HKR- 4L60-4L70, 4L80/4L85
8516HKR- T56/T56 Magnum with stock aluminum bellhousing, 6L80

Fitment in that application is unknown at this point, but I will suggest to management that we do a test fit to find out.

Toddoky,

Did you confirm whether they will fit a First Gen Camaro using your swap system? More importantly, since I can't find a front picture of the manifold system mounted on an engine, will Holley's accessory drive systems with the high mount A/C system work with them?

The Hooker turbo manifold set won't fit a 1st-gen F-body due to interference of the driver's side manifold with the steering box. From experience, I'm expecting It would be possible to use the left side Hooker 1st-gen F-body mid-length header with the right side turbo manifold to create a 1st-gen specific set-up, but nothing at this point has been done to investigate that as a purchasable option. Yes, the Holley high mount Vette-style FEADS is fully compatible with the turbo manifold set-up.

Toddoky,

I placed an order for the 8510HKR kit as soon as they were available, but I would like the 8510-1HKR kit which is the Silver Ceramic version. That kit is still not available to order. I would actually prefer a -3(black) kit, but those aren't even listed on the instruction sheet. Do you know if the coated kit will be available to ship at the same time the uncoated version is ready to ship?

Hello Mike. I don't have any idea as I have no connection to the production or shipping functions of Holley.

That's good to know. System still may work for my set-up as I am using the Speedtech Subframe and a rack.

Thanks,

David

Yes David, the use of an aftermarket subframe and steering rack may make the use of the Hooker turbo manifolds in a 1st-gen completely possible.

I received my manifolds yesterday and did some trial fitting this morning. I only checked the passenger side, as I have a rack and pinion steering setup, so clearance will not be an issue on the driver's side. My swap setup consists of generic 3-position motor mounts and small-black stands with the motor in the rearmost position. I plan on switching to the Holley mounts and crossmember for firewall clearance and better driveline geometry.

The manifold fits very nicely and will only require some clearancing on the motor mount, which I will be replacing anyways. I imagine they will fit fine with the Holley mounts.

Thanks for the pics Mike, I know they won't fit but I would be very curious to see the pictures of the driver's side.

The crossover is supposed to arrive Wednesday, so I'd like to do a complete test fit then. I'll be sure to post some pics.

Trying to figure out which way I will be going with our 69 Dart. Will have an LQ4/4L80 in it. Really wondering if these will fit...and allow me to squeeze a downpipe out with out hacking up the car...hmmm....

I mocked up the kit on my '67 Camaro today. Everything fits nicely.

Driver Side Manifold. Plenty of clearance due to rack and pinion.

3" V-band outlet to turbo.

Crossover tube and TH400

Dang, that picture has me wondering how close the steering box would be. Looks like that manifold fits tighter against the block than the 02 Fbody manifolds I have.
