Default aftermarket gauges

not really sure where to post this but, how do you run aftermarket gauges with a the stock computer?
or can you isolate the cel wiring from the cluster wiring to be able to run a single cel light for all warning lights?

im trying to run a 50 chevy coe on a silverado frame, but want to retain all the silverado stuff (abs, heat, a/c) but run 50's style gauges and maybe a single warning light to notify of cel, park brake, abs ect?

You will need a separate lamp for each function,CEL,hi beam,brake warning,turn signal,etc.
On this Jeep I used some cheapo Summit guages for speedo, water temp and fuel, small led's for CEL,oil pressure,L&R turn,hi beam.
