6.0L in G body. Oil pan clearence

Looking to see if a stock 2002 "U" 6.0 LQ4 oil pan will clear in a G body application?

It will clear, but hang about 3" below the k member.

As said above it will fit, but I would never use one. They hang down WAY too low.
