I am really a fan of the stands that mount to the cradle and leave the rubber mounts bolted to the engine (See Spohn for F-Body / G-Body). You have a bolt in cradle, I think, and a shallower pan clearance. Might have to fab some up yourself though.
Keep an eye out for rust. The frame kick-ups under the floor boards are a very poor design and rust badly (guess how I know!). The rails are thin and rust didn't help. I broke my frame with the 4.3 and had to do a tube frame to fix it. A Jegster Chassis is another good way to make this work.
There was a guy in the Chicago area running a notchback Vega a couple years back (crashed it at Byron or Great Lakes) that made Hot Rod Mag. They had some good info on how it was done.
